Things to know
  • The application form with the signature or stamp will become legally effective once exhibitors submit it to the organizer.
  • With the signature or stamp on the submitted application form, the organizer considers that exhibitors understand and agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions of Sale 2019 on the second page of the application form.
  • If you need to change anything about participation scale, such as booth size, please contact to the organizer.
  • The cost of chalet includes the billboard AD in front of your chalet(s).

About the payment

Things to know
  • The application form must be submitted by email and the first 50% payment has to be made by March 31st, 2019 to qualify for ‘Early Bird Rate’. If any of them are not accomplished, early bird rate will be changed to regular rate with prior notice to the exhibitor.
  • Invoices will be sent to exhibitors after the Seoul ADEX office receives the application form.
  • The participation fee can only be made by wire transfer. All remittance charges must be paid by the exhibitors.
  • Exhibitors must make a payment by the due date.

Between April 1st and June 14th, 2019 Regular Rate
  • 50% initial payment within 2 weeks after the exhibitors receive the invoice
  • 50% remaining balance by June 28th, 2019
After June 14th, 2019 Regular Rate
  • 100% payment with the submission of application form
  • Even if exhibitors submit their applications before March 31st, 2019, Early Bird Rate would not be available without 50% payment of application fee.

Cancellation

Cancellation
  • The organizer may delay, shorten or extend the number of exhibition days for unforeseeable circumstances and inevitable reasons. When the schedule of the exhibition is rearranged due to inevitable reasons or orders by authorities concerned, exhibitors may cancel the participation. The organizer will refund the rest of participation fee after deducting the expenses or investment costs for the exhibition.
  • If the exhibitor withdraws the application and terminates this contract, he will have to send the request for cancellation with the official letter and related documents that the organizer request for.
  • The exhibitor will be subject to paying the penalty equal to 50% of the participation fee if the cancellation is made before June 28th, 2019. The exhibitor may not claim for compensation after June 28th, 2019.
